I haven’t actually started taking the medication yet so I don’t know if that will help you or not but it might be worth a shot. I would call the pharmacist and/or your doctor and talk to them about it first to see if that is something you can try.
There are, however, some strategies backed by science that do have an impact on weight management. Setting realistic goals and tracking your progress are key to your success. In fact, research has shown that those who keep track of their behaviors are more likely to take off weight and keep it off.
